Contract and agreement

The breeder, Ann’s Designer Poodles, transfers in fee all the responsibilities, privileges, and rights associated with owning this puppy to the following family. This puppy comes with the Basic or Premium Package. (whichever is circled applies to the contract)

The Breeder has all rights to refuse to sell the pup, at ANY time right up until the pup leaves the premises if the breeder feels like the family will be either irresponsible or not a good fit. 

This represents the entire agreement between the breeder and the buyer in an outright sale.

* The Buyer is in agreement with the breeder that the puppy purchased (as mentioned above) is for use as a family companion ONLY.

* The buy agrees that the puppy purchased will not be purchased for resale or breeding purposes. Unless 

previous consent was given for breeding by the breeder. 

* The puppy purchased will not be used for illegal activities or trained for such tasks that do not suit the dog breed. Such as but not limited to, hunting, fighting, drug smuggling, attack dog, or guard dog. If the buyer fails to uphold this act, the buyer takes any and all responsibilities for the breaking law, or damages done to the puppy.

*The buyer agrees to have the puppy spayed or neutered by 10 months of age and to keep up with all vaccines and medications as recommended by your vet. Proof of spaying and/or neutered must be supplied by 10 months of age or the buyer will incur a 2,500 fee. The Buyer also agrees to pay all lawyer and court fees should the buyer fail to neuter/ spayed their puppy. A picture of the spay/neutered certificate must be sent to the breeder at 706-979-4026 or emailed to dragonprincesstat@att.net for their records. Puppies can be spayed/neutered from 6 months of age up.

*The breeder guarantees the puppy is in good health standings, it has gotten all required vaccinations, and deworming is recommended by a Veterinarian. 1 puppy from this litter has had their fecal matter tested. Both reports have come back with no predispositions to diseases or parasites in their fecal matter. (IF there was any mention of worms and/or parasites in fecal matter, the veterinarian-prescribed medication has been given prior to you receiving the puppy. Worms/ Parasites are very common in puppies, but we take them seriously and try to prevent any puppy from going home with any.)  

* The buyer understands that the breeder is not responsible for the following illnesses:

-Coccidia -Hypoglycemia (drops in blood sugar)

-Giardia -Parvo -Vomiting

-Toxemia -Leptospirosis -Diarrhea

All mentioned illnesses/diseases can be easily contracted or cannot be vaccinated fully against before leaving the breeder’s kennel. Which is why they are not covered by this contract.

*The buyer agrees to bring the puppy to a vet of their choosing within 3 business days of picking up their puppy. This is to ensure you, the puppy you are getting is in good health by YOUR vet. Failure to do so voids any and all guarantees. Proof of visit must be emailed or texted to the breeder by end of the day of the third day unless otherwise discussed beforehand. 

* (Premium Package only) In case a genetic disease should arise, however unlikely, within 3 years of purchasing the puppy, in which case it must be life-threatening. The breeder has the right to have the puppy examined by their Veterinarian for a second opinion, and a report of the findings from the buyer's Veterinarian must be sent with the puppy for the breeder's Vet to refer to. If euthanization is required, the buyer agrees not to euthanize until the breeder has had the opportunity to have the puppy inspected. If the buyer fails to adhere to this condition a replacement puppy will not be granted. 

* If all conditions have been met the breeder agrees to replace the puppy at her earliest convenience and a puppy of the buyer's choice of equal value. __________________________

(Premium Package only) Health Guarantee terms and conditions:

In order to keep your 1-year health Guarantee active, you must continue to feed:

-Nu-Vet labs vitamins I get notifications of your purchases right to my email so there is no need to send me receipts. Without this notification after the first week of the puppy is in its forever home voids the 1-year health Guarantee.

-Either Life’s Abundance dog food, Purina pro plan puppy, or high-quality dog food as recommended by a Veterinarian (up until the age of 12 months after which time it would just be the adult brand of the dog food). 

-proof of purchase, of high-quality dog food, must be sent every month should an issue arise. Without having proof sent it will wave this guarantee.

- You do not have to feed them these products, this is only IF you want the 1-year health guarantee. Without continuing to do so, there is only a 30-day health guarantee from the time of pick-up which will expire on the 30th day.
